The BD Rhapsody system is a single-cell methodology ideal to perform multiomics studies by capturing and profiling from hundreds to million of individual cells simultaneously. Targeted or whole transcriptome gene expression (scRNA-seq), immune phenotyping (scTCR/BCR), intra/extracellular protein profiling as well as chromatin accessibility (scATAC) assays can be combined in the same protocol to achieve an integrated picture that provides deep insights into cellular heterogeneity.

This workshop, organized by the VHIR High Technology Unit (UAT) in collaboration with Waters Biosciences, will focus on best practice recommendations for single-cell sequencing, as well as in data analysis, including a practical session of the Cellismo software (limited places).

The workshop will be held on-site and prior registration is required.
