Currently, I am working at the Experimental Surgery Unit of VHIR which is linked to the use of laboratory animals and simulators for translational research and medical teaching. I am involved in offering the best support to the research staff so that they can carry out their work. My goal is to continue training and growing as a professional in order to contribute to the improvement of the administrative management linked to clinical and preclinical research. I finish my studies in Administration and Finance, studied at INS Escuela del Trabajo and continue collaborating with educational institutions to promote DUAL education in the field of vocational training. At that time, I decide to face my professional future in Health Care / Clinical management and I start working in Health Care Centers as an administrative assistant. There I begin to discover and learn what are the needs of the health system, administratively speaking, and what I can contribute. Since 2023 I am part of the Experimental Surgery Unit (ESU) of VHIR, working in the administrative management linked to Preclinical Research. The ESU works under the guidelines of the ISO 9001 and AAALAC quality certificates, this fact implies a commitment to Biomedical administrative excellence. Currently, I continue training in the requirements stipulated by GLP and GCP to have a broader and more professionalized vision of my work, and thus, continue to expand my knowledge in the administrative management associated with clinical and preclinical research.
