Research lines Phoniatrics and Speech Therapy Interdisciplinary unit providing comprehensive and cross-sectional care for complex disorders affecting swallowing, voice and language.Our research objectives are focused on the early diagnosis and follow-up of dysphagia in neurological disorders such as ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) and SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy), as well as swallowing, speech and voice disorders of structural origin, including head and neck cancer, endocrine surgery and interventional procedures.In the field of language rehabilitation, our objective is to provide efficient interventions through state-of-the-art functional therapies for patients with acquired brain injury.
