I have a degree in Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Valencia. Currently, I work as a researcher in the Cancer and Hematological Diseases Research Group at VHIR. I am part of the personalized medicine program where we work every day to find new therapeutic and molecular targets and guide patients' treatment according to the molecular alterations of their tumors.

I studied Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences degree at the University of Valencia between 2015 and 2019. I arrived in Barcelona in 2019 to start the Master in Translational Research at VHIR together with the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

My professional experience is focused on childhood cancer research. In 2020 I started working as Data Manager / Data Entry in the Pediatric Oncology and Hematology Area of Vall d'Hebron Hospital. Currently, since March 2022, I am part of the Research Group on Childhood Cancer and Hematological Diseases at VHIR, developing research tasks as well as database and project management activities.

My research activity is focused on the search for new biomarkers and molecular alterations in childhood tumors, especially in a specific subtype of solid tumor called neuroblastoma.

Thanks to the incorporation to the group I am a part of numerous national and international projects and research organizations. I am sure that these will help to improve the quality of life and the chances of survival of our patients.
