Head of Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.

I am a doctor specializing in Otorhinolaryngology. I have more than 15 years of experience after completing the training period at the Hospital de la Santa Cruz y San Pablo in 2009. Subsequently, I focused my activity on head and neck oncology. I obtained a scholarship for training, followed by observership in the Netherlands and completing a master's degree in reconstructive microsurgery.

From 2010 to 2014 I worked at the Sant Joan Despí “Moisès Broggi” Hospital, in 2015 at the Vall d'Hebron Hospital and between 2016 and 2024 at the Germans Trias i Pujol University Hospital.
Since 2017 I have promoted the development of robotic surgery in our specialty until obtaining a pioneering program of national and international prestige.

I obtained a Doctor of Surgery degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona with an Excellent Cum Laude qualification in February 2010. Subsequently, I have been involved in multiple research projects, as well as in teaching as an associate professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. I have also directed multiple courses focused on minimally invasive head and neck surgery.
I am the author or co-author of numerous articles published in national and international journals.
I have collaborated in multiple national and international scientific societies.
