Marina Ortiz Palacios I am a paediatric oncologist and since 2022 I have been working in Paediatric Oncohaematology at the Vall d'Hebron University Hospital. My clinical and research activity focuses on the diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of paediatric solid tumours. I studied Medicine and Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine in Albacete (University of Castilla-La Mancha), followed by a specialisation in Paediatrics and its Specific Areas at the Virgen de la Arrixaca University Clinical Hospital in Murcia (HCUVA). I then completed a Master's degree in Paediatric Oncology and Haematology at UNIR. I then completed a fellowship in Paediatric Oncology and Haematology at the Vall d'Hebron University Hospital (HUVH) in Barcelona. I then joined the paediatric oncology department as an assistant.
