Resum: Aquesta sessió se centra en l'anàlisi d'errors en l'atenció sanitària i l'avaluació d'intervencions adreçades a prevenir-les. A partir d"un enfocament metodològic basat en factors humans, s"abordaran aspectes clau com la identificació del pacient, els errors de medicació il"efectivitat d"intervencions no farmacològiques en entorns hospitalaris. La presentació posarà èmfasi en les implicacions per a la pràctica clínica, especialment a l'àmbit d'infermeria, oferint eines i reflexions; i destacant oportunitats de millora en la seguretat del pacient i en la qualitat assistencial.
