Dr. Xavier Montalban, chief of the Clinical Neuroimmunology group at VHIR and director of the multiple sclerosis center in Catalonia (Cemcat), and the general manager of Vall d’Hebron University Hospital, Dr. José Navas, led the first national meeting on multiple sclerosis, celebrated in our hospital.The meeting was focused on the last updates about diagnostic, treatment and research in this neurodegenerative disease.Dr. Susana Otero, Dr. Manuel Comabella, Dr. Mar Tintoré and Dr. Jordi Río, from the Clinical Neuroimmunology group, also participated in the meeting with Dr. Àlex Rovira, head of the Magnetic Resonace and Neuroradiology group at VHIR.
