Alicia Koplowitz Foundation provides significant funds to a project coordinated by Dr. Comabella

A project coordinated by Dr. Manuel Comabella, member of the Neuroimmunologia Group at Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR), in which also participates Rana Moubarak, a member of Cell Signaling and apoptosis research group, has received a substantial fund from the Alicia Koplowitz Foundation. The project, titled 'Study of the heterogeneity in cell death porapoptosis susceptibility with multiple sclerosis patients: Search for therapeutic targets', should be carried out within two years since October 2010, and will receive a 75,000 euros fund.
