Best communication of SEPAR Congress for a work with participation of Dr. Rello

A cooperative work of six Spanish hospitals with participation of Dr. Jordi Rello, head of the clinical Investigation / Innovation in the pneumonia and sepsis (CRIPS) group at Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR), has been distinguished with the best communication in the Area of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Infections in the 45th Congress of the Spanish Society of Pneumology and Thoracic Surgery (SEPAR). The communication, rewarded with the 'Golden selection', is titled 'Paper of the gene variants of the union lectina to manosa (MBL) in the susceptibility and the gravity of the pneumococic pneumonia', and had the participation, besides Vall d'Hebron Hospital, of Gran Canaria Hospital, La Princesa, San Jorge from Huesca and the General Hospital of Lanzarote.
