23/01/2014 Biocores@BCN: new search engine of scientific facilities 23/01/2014 The new tool provides a directory of the core facilities, technological platforms and scientific services in Barcelona The Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) has launched "http://www.biocoresbcn.eu/" Biocores@BCN, a directory of the core facilities, technological platforms and scientific services currently to be found in the Barcelona area, in which participates Vall d’Hebron Institute of Research (VHIR).The platform provides a tool for finding a wide range of cutting-edge and state of the art scientific services, techniques and equipment, to support both biomedical and life sciences research and the scientific community.All the participants of this non-profit initiative are VHIR, CRG, the Scientific and Technological Centers of the Universitat de Barcelona (CCiT), the August Pi i Sunyer Biomedical Research Institute (IDIBAPS), the Hospital del Mar Medical Research Institute (IMIM), the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC), the Institute for Research in Biomedicine (IRB Barcelona), the Barcelona Science Park (PCB) and the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF).
