Núria Murtra, responsible for coordinating research in this field thanks to the donation, said that "the donation keeps someone like her, a task essential for professionals of the Paediatrics Infectious Pathology and Immunodeficiencies Unit (UPIIP) to be able to combine their work and research assistance." This work is already bearing fruit, such as the inclusion of Vall d'Hebron in the European network of reference for rare diseases (ERN) in primary immunodeficiencies, conducting the multicentre study GAMACAT or the inclusion in several clinical trials. Normal1 A successful campaign Normal1 The campaign was launched last June with great success. In just 12 hours exceeded 20,000 views. Such initiatives are special for their work on social awareness." A statement that shares Francesc Iglesias, Deputy Manager of the Vall d'Hebron University Hospital, who stated that "from the point of view of the centre, we see initiatives like this from two sides, the patient and the professionals that go beyond the strict scope of their work."
