08/07/2011 Dr Joan Comella, the new Secretary General of the COSCE 08/07/2011 The director of Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR), Dr. Joan Comella, has been elected Secretary General of the Confederation of Scientific Associations of Spain (COSCE). The new president of the confederation will be Professor of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Carlos Andradas, who is replacing Joan Guinovart, director of the Institute for Biomedical Research of Barcelona.
