Dr. Jaume Reventós, head of the Research Unit in Biomedicine and Translational Oncology at Vall d’Hebron Institute of Research (VHIR), gave the inaugural lecture at the first edition of the "http://www.congresurologia.cat/" Catalan Congress on Urology, recently held in El Perelló. With the lecture “Perspectives of Biomedicine in the XXI century” addressed to an audience of nearly 200 urologists from Catalonia, Valencia and Balearic Islands, VHIR’s researcher explained the last advances in the research in this field and the last landmarks of his unit at VHIR.The I Catalan Congress on Urology is a joint project of the Catalan Association of Urologists and the Catalan Society of Urology.
