His work as a director will consist of stablishing the editorial policy and doing the initial screening of the studies to be published. In 2015, the magazine received more than 500 requests for investigations to be published, of which only about 40% were accepted.The journal has an impact factor of 0.83, similar to other publications within the same field in languages other than English.
