Friday November 4th on Collserola Building at Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) has taken place the kick off meeting of the project 'Molecular alterations associated with tumor progression in endometrial cancer'.With this meeting has begun officially this programa of the Research Unit in Biomedicine and Translational and Pediatric Oncology at Vall d'Hebron Institut de Recerca (VHIR), with Dr. Jaume Reventós as coordinator, endowed with € 1,200,000 for 5 years by the Scientific Foundation of the AECCIn addition to Dr. Reventós and his group at VHIR, also participate in the project and have attended the meeting Dr. Xavier Matias-Guiu, researcher and director of the IRB Lleida and his team, plus clinical group leaders of Vall d’Hebron University Hospital, as well as the IRB Lleida and the University Hospital of Santiago de Compostela. Also are included the heads of lab groups at IRB, Hospital Santa Creu i Sant Pau, Hospital de Santiago de Compostela and the MD Anderson Foundation International.
