07/04/2017 Lithographs handed over to the award winners of the VHIR's Scientific Photography Contest 07/04/2017 The 10 winning images stand out for their intense colours and shapes that they reproduce, and they manage to transport us to entirely different scenes than those of a laboratory. Yesterday afternoon took place the award ceremony where the lithographs that reproduce the winning images of the 6th edition of the VHIR's Scientific Photography Contest were handed over, and to which attended Dr. Joan Comella, director of Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) and Professor Jo Milne, who gave an interesting lecture on art and science.Once again, our researchers show us the beauty that occasionally have the chance to see in their research. The 10 winning images stand out for their intense colours and shapes that they reproduce, and they manage to transport us to entirely different scenes than those of a laboratory. In the coming days, these images will fill the hallways of the buildings and some research areas of the hospital. The winning pictureshttp://bit.ly/2nRa9jr" Paranormal histology.
