Coinciding with the annual meeting of the Spanish Society of Neurology, has been presented the work 'Neurorepair and rehabilitation after ictus', coordinated by Dr. Joan Montaner, director of the Neurovascular Laboratory at Vall d’Hebron Research Institute (VHIR), and with the help of doctors Inma Bori and Carmen Martinez from the Rehabilitation Services at Vall d'Hebron. The book, fourth title of the series 'Advances in Neurovascular Pathology', addresses the current situation and the future of neurorepair and rehabilitation after ictus. The publication has counted with the collaboration of authors from various fields such as neuropsychologists experts in neurocognitive rehabilitation and psychiatrists, rehabilitation specialists, neurologists, neurophysiologists and internationally renowned neuroscientists, who have managed to condense the complexity of each chapter and bring the readers the information about neurorepair ictus rehabilitation.
