The radio show 'El Balanç' of Onda Cero Catalunya interviewed on December 17th the responsible of knowledge transfer and innovation at VHIR, Raquel Egea, who talked about the criteria that must define all the innovation projects: the market, the technologic viability and the distance with the market.When these factors are obtained, as Raquel Egea said, “before patenting anything, we look if this knowledge is interesting for the industry to orientate the last part of our research to their interests at that moment”. Finally, once the product is patented, VHIR tries to go beyond the industry for collaborating in its development and make the most of the research.
