It highlights the scientific and institutional results of the center during 2022.

Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) presents, one more year, the annual report of the center, where the scientific and institutional results of 2022 are shared. A format full of images, videos, and graphics that illustrate the most important data and news of the year.

The 2022 Annual Report includes the main data and graphs on scientific production, clinical trials, human resources, innovation, economic issues and the units for research support. Regarding publications, the notable increase in the impact factor data is especially noteworthy, with a total of 15,288 points and an average of 9.39. It has also been a year of records in the field of competitive projects, with the award of 144 new ones and funding of 28.51 million euros.

The report also includes narrative sections with a selection of the main international projects awarded to VHIR, the relevance of fundraising to support research, and the updates on VHIR's scientific structure based on collaborative research spaces (eCORE).

On the other hand, as usual, the report includes a summary of the activity of the research groups, this time organized according to their affiliation to the different eCORE.

Finally, we also find three videos of the most outstanding publications of 2022 according to the voting of our principal investigators, and a summary of the most significant news published during the year, both scientific and institutional.

Check the VHIR Annual Report at this link. You will soon also be able to download the printable version with a summary of the main data.
