Delegate Committee The Delegate Committee performs the following functions, in accordance with the legislative and statutory regulations. Ensure the execution of the resolutions adopted by the Board of Trustees. Regularly monitor the management and administrative work of the centre. Prepare the proposed agenda for the sessions of the Board of Trustees and review the documentation to be presented, if any. Propose to the Board of Trustees the adoption of resolutions corresponding to this body. Monitor the conventions and agreements signed by the Foundation. Report on the credit requirements of the Foundation. Facilitate the management and administrative work of the Foundation, especially its relationships with the founding entities.
