I'm Anna Beneria, a Clinical Psychology via PIR in the Psychiatry Service of the Vall d'Hebron Hospital (HUVH). She later began as an Area Specialist Physician in the Interconsultation and Liaison Section of the Psychiatry Service of the same center.

Anna Beneria González, specialized in Clinical Psychology via PIR in the Psychiatry Service of the Vall d'Hebron Hospital (HUVH). She later began as an Area Specialist Physician in the Interconsultation and Liaison Section of the Psychiatry Service of the same center, where she cares for, among others, patients admitted to non-psychiatric wards for high-fatality suicide attempts. She also belongs to the Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) and the HUVH Suicide Research Unit, having collaborated in the preparation of the Suicide Prevention Plan of the Generalitat de Catalunya 2021-2025.

At the research level, she is Principal Investigator in different programs and projects: Impact of COVID-19 on serious suicide attempts (ISG): description and analysis of HUVH data, End of life program during the COVID-19 pandemic. 19, interdisciplinary program to improve adherence to immunosuppressive treatment in kidney transplant patients. As a
Collaborating Investigator, she participates in the Prospective Study for the evaluation of the mental health of COVID-19 patients, in the study Psychological intervention group of adolescents and young adults with kidney transplants in the process of transition, and in the Study of biomarkers in patients with AHT resistant to treatment with antihypertensives. She
has also participated in different research projects such as the Scores Program:

She has completed the University Master's in Clinical and Health Psychology (Ramon Llull University) and the Postgraduate in Conflict and Social Violence. Mediation in conflict resolution. She also participates in training activities at the Autonomous University of Barcelona as a collaborating professor of the Degree in Medicine, and at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) with the subject Intervention Techniques and Psychological Treatment. She is in charge of teaching PIR residents during the rotation that they carry out in interconsultation and liaison, supervises the Continuous Care of 3rd year PIR residents, and is also a tutor for PIR residents. As a collaborator and teacher, she is part of the Simulation Commission, Vall Hebron Center Simulació Clínica Avançada (VHISCA), actively participating in the creation of projects, publications and courses.
